It is one of the most hectic times of the semester, midterms, and I just got back from Los Angeles! Talk about California dreaming! I was so excited for the change of scenery, and I got to spend time reuniting with my sister-friends! My friends and I had not seen each other collectively, since COVID started almost three years ago. We'd planned to meet up out in California to shower each other with love, and some much needed laughter.
During our week long trip to Los Angeles, we really had time to unwind, catch up, laugh, and even talk about what we want our futures to look like. We stayed at an Airbnb, which was located about 15 minutes from the airport, and we used Uber and Lyft to get around. Shout out to all of our drivers, that got us to each destination quickly and safely, despite LA's traffic. And let's be honest, it feels awesome to get out in your cute outfit without worrying about where to park or how far the walk is to the entrance! There were five of us under one roof, and it felt like undergrad all over again! 🥰 Each day, we filled our schedules with different activities across the city, from hiking, brunch, and even riding through the city on Bird scooters.
